2011 ASPA’s New York Metropolitan Chapter Annual Conference Student Scholarship

The New York Metropolitan Chapter of ASPA is offering four students the opportunity to win a full scholarship award to attend and participate in ASPA’s 2011 Annual Conference. ASPAs 2011 Conference will be held in Baltimore, MD, from March 11-15, 2010. The conference features a program and various sessions specifically aimed at involving students in the ASPA conference.

This scholarship award allows the student to attend and participate in the conference and the following special events (taking place during the conference): the Welcome Reception, The Student and New Professional Summit, the Social Equity Luncheon, and the SWPA Breakfast. The estimated award amount, made payable directly to the 2011 ASPA Annual Conference, is about $230.00. Additionally, students may also receive a one-year electronic membership to ASPA, where applicable.

ASPA members, chapters, and sections may nominate students for an award. All nominations must be received by ASPA NYM February 1, 2011. (Student nominees do not need to be ASPA members at the time of nomination). Please take a moment and review the package attached to this email.
