Excelsior College Kicks Off Leadership Series

Excelsior College’s School of Public Service launches its leadership series with a live-stream event on Wednesday, Oct.7. The inaugural event, “Ethics, Integrity and Leadership in Public Service,” will touch on a number of topics, including:

• Public sector ethics
• Corruptive influence of politics
• How to best develop the next generation of government leaders
• How voters assess the integrity of candidates

Participants will include Mike Arcuri, former Congressman (NY-24), Heather Briccetti, President and CEO of the Business Council of New York State, Inc. and David Soares, District Attorney of Albany County.

The event will begin at 8:15 a.m. with opening comments by Edwin “Ted” Nyquist, followed by an address by Dr. John Ebersole, President of Excelsior College. The panel discussion will take place from 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.
