The Regional Hub of Civil Service in Astana (Hub) is accepting proposals for the second issue of its electronic journal. The journal, available online, is an academic publication for the Hub’s member-countries of the Commonwealth of Independent Countries (CIS) and Georgia, Afghanistan and Mongolia. The Government of Kazakhstan and United Nations Development Programme initiated the Hub to promote debate and expertise in the region and fuel more in-depth research by leading global and regional experts.
The electronic journal, intended for experts, practitioners and academics, provides a platform for a constructive exchange of opinions and discussions on advancing civil service and public administration. It takes into account regional specificity and highlight for peer learning. The journal is published by the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
