The 2015 Southeastern Conference on Public Administration (SECoPA) will be held in Charleston, South Carolina on Sept. 30 – Oct. 3, 2015. This year’s theme is, “Research & Application: Promoting Effective Public Service.” The College of Charleston will serve as the conference host.
