Join the SPLA (Section on Public Law and Administration) for its First Annual Champagne and Chocolate Affair at the beautiful Planet Hollywood Towers. Network, eat and drink with fellow colleagues and get acquainted with the new Executive Commitee and SPLA members. Take the shuttle from the Flamingo Hotel and you will arrive at the front door of the PH Towers. Tell the doorman that you are attending the SPLA meeting in the Dawson suite.
