Lien Conference on Good Governance
The 2015 Lien International Conference on Good Governance will gather international scholars and practitioners to share their insights on good governance in a global and comparative perspective.
Conference Theme:
Theoretical and empirical papers are solicited on all important aspects of governance. Comparative studies on governance across different countries and regions are especially encouraged. Topics include, but are not limited to the following:
- Metrics and measurements of good governance
- Collaborative network, intersectoral collaboration, and public-private partnership (PPP)
- Megacities and metropolitan governance
- Governance, philanthropy, and charity
- Non-profit organisations, civic engagement, and deliberative democracy in governance
- Governance and public financial management
- Information technologies and governance innovation
- Best practices and case studies in specific contexts and policy domains, e.g., urban planning, public education, healthcare, public housing and so forth
