Third Memos to National Leaders Event a Success

 

On October 25, 2012, the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA)and the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) hosted the third installation of the Memos to National Leaders series.  Recommendations  released during the event discussed Information Technology and its role for promoting transparency in government, and recommendations for reorganizing government.   Featured speakers included the CEO and President of the Public Technologies Institute, Alan Shark and David McClure, associate administrator at the General Services Administration (GSA).
